Environmentalist concerns raised about pipeline, postpose Interstate 81 expansion

Separate stories in the Roanoke Times relate here that environmentalists are trying to stop the tunneling under the New River for a natural gas pipeline and here that the need for environmental studies will set back the schedule for expanding Interstate 81, the main road in Southwest Virginia.
