The Norfolk paper reports
here ("Navy wife challenges employment commission," 5/9/04) and the AP reports
here that the wife of a Navy man has filed suit in state court in Chesapeake challenging the denial of unemployment benefits after she gave up her job in Virginia when her husband was transferred to Hawaii.
