En Banc Fourth Circuit to take on Blakely

Via CrimLaw, the Blakely Blog has this post, which says "the en banc 4th Circuit will soon hear Blakely arguments in US v. Mohamad Y. Hammoud, 03-4253. Argument is set for Monday, Aug. 2nd."
