E.D. Va. clerk's office hours reduced

The AP reports here that the clerk's office in the federal courts of the E.D. Va. will be open only from 10 am to 4 pm. The E.D. Va. has clerk's office in Alexandria, Richmond, Newport News, and Norfolk.
