On e-discovery in state court

This post says the National Commission on uniform state laws has approved Uniform Rules Relating to Electronically Stored Information.

No doubt those working on e-discovery in Virginia courts with the Boyd-Graves Conference will examine this document.

All the buzz lately seems to be focusing on technology and data storage and discovery. I have read many blogs on the subject. I found a great lecture on lawline.com entitled Best Practices for Data Security and Sensitive Client Data. It is very informative and also counts toward mandatory continuing legal education credits.
