Judge Williams rejects challenge to cutting trees in Jefferson National Forest

In The Clinch Coalition v. Damon, Judge Glen Williams of the W.D. Va. granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action brought by environmental groups to challenge the cutting of trees in 600+ acres of the Jefferson National Forest.
