You can't lie by claiming to be honest
In
Trustees of Hackberry Baptist Church v. Womack
, Judge Kiser of the W.D. Va. held that a defendant's claim of "honesty and fair dealing" was not a representation of fact on which a claim of actual or constructive fraud could be based.
