Another Va. S.Ct. case - the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Act

I left out a civil case yesterday - Berner v. Mills. In that case, the Court held that amends to the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Act to include professional corporations were not retroactive.
