As described
here, the trial of a murder case of a Tazewell County man charged with murdering his ex-girlfriend's father was slowed by a "drawn-out argument of self-defense," which prompted the Commonwealth's Attorney to observe, "You can't break into a person's home and shoot someone in the head and kill them claiming self-defense when someone tries to stop you from doing more harm." Shea Cook represents the defendant.
