In
Watkins v. Fairfax County Department of Social Services, the Court of Appeals in an opinion by Judge Humphreys joined by Chief Judge Fitzpatrick and Judge Clements dismissed the appeal (regarding termination of parental rights) for appellant's failure to name all the right parties as appellees in her Notice of Appeal. Specifically, the appeal was dismissed because the guardian ad litem, an indispensable party, was not named as an appellee.
