In
Broaddus v. Army Corps of Engineers, the Fourth Circuit in an opinion by Judge Gregory, joined by Judge Beam with Judge Widener concurring, held that the District Court in its method of figuring up the net worth of the plaintiff, for purposes of determining whether he was eligible for an award of attorneys' fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, which prohibits such awards to individuals with a net worth in excess of $2 million.
