In
Hodges v. Com., the Court of Appeals in an opinion by Judge Elder, joined by Judges Frank and Humphreys, rejected, among other things, the defendant's constitutional arguments about the use of hearsay evidence to convict him, construing the Supreme Court's recent application of the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment in Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36 (2004).
