The Washington Post has
this interesting report on the hearing before the circuit court judge trying to implement the Virginia Supreme Court decision striking down a Loudoun County ordinance. What makes it interesting is that the winners from the Supreme Court case might not get what they want, which is a return to the conditions under the prior zoning ordinance.
