I read with interest
this post and
this article on the "privileges and immunities" clause. This being the time of year when a law grad's fancy turns to the bar exam, including
one or more bloggers, I recall that the rule of thumb from the Con Law segment of my bar review course (offered I think by
Professor John Jeffries from U.Va.) is that the privileges and immunities clause was ALWAYS THE WRONG ANSWER on the multiple choice, multi-state exam.
