SW VA's Billy Wagner closes the deal in Yankee Stadium

Houston Astros closer Billy Wagner, from Southwest Virginia, combined with five other Astros pitchers in a no-hitter against the Yankees in New York last night, and he is the subject of this article in the Bluefield paper, titled "Wagner remains a great pitcher--and a nice guy."

Oddly enough, Wagner is naturally right-handed, broke his arm as a young man, taught himself to pitch with his left hand, and was clocked throwing at over 100 mph in Yankee Stadium last night.
