South Carolina seeks to catch up in number of law schools (and lawyers)

This article describes a proposal for a new law school in Charleston, and notes that while "Florida has 307 lawyers per 100,000 population; Georgia, 270; Virginia, 267; Alabama, 254; North Carolina, 193;" South Carolina has only 185 lawyers per 100,000 people.
